This is to ensure that the body will indeed burn off those fats for calories because there is not much calories in the person’s diet. This can be difficult and not without side effects, to be honest, like dizziness, weakness, fatigue and headaches, among others. It’s not that Dr. Simeons did not take that into account, however: he specifically advised his patients to take supplements to further boost their energy. That’s where the next therapy comes in handy.

Vitamin B12 Injections

Vitamin B12 injections for weight loss is another option that you can take, and comes in very helpful when paired with the HCG diet. While the HCG diet takes care of the fats in the body, the B12 shots will help one remain energetic and avoid weakness during the whole regime. By limiting your intake to 500 calories, you will surely run into B12 deficiency during the duration of the HCG treatment but taking B12 shots will addres that for you.B12 injections also help in treating sleep problems, so if you are suffering from insomnia, you can also help yourself out with this treatment.

If you’re still on the lookout for the best diet regime for you, why not try both the HCG and vitamin B12 injections? They are considered as the best and most effective match of treatments that can help you lose weight effectively.

Both sexes are vulnerable whether young or old.

Aside from usual reason, i.e. coming of age, here are some possible reasons why many people suffer from this condition.

Testosterone – Apparently, male hormones can cause hair loss in men. This is the direct result of the hair follicles responding the hormones. If it results in too much hormones, now that is the time where your hair will fall off too much and you will have a receding hairline in the process.

Genetics – Hair loss can also be caused by your linkage to your relatives who had the same type of problem in their middle years. It can be inherited by both sides: the father’s and the mother’s.

Skin Disorder – There are also skin disorders which can cause hair fall like the psoriasis and skin fungal infection. If the skin or the scalp is treated, it should grow back again.

Menopause – It is a proven fact that when you reach the age of 50, there have been reports that more than 50% of the women in this world have thinning hair and coincidentally coincides with menopause age.

Pregnancy and childbirth – It is also common that when women are having their pregnancy and when they give birth, they lose hair too much too but after that, the hair should grow back again.

You can also do your own research for hair loss in websites like the Tampa hair loss treatment with their famous Tampa Hair Transplantation technique.

A little word of advice from Vicki’s Flash Pops.

Waking up is hard to do. Well, especially in the morning. This, of course, is for people who are night walkers. Nevertheless, what it takes is just a little push to get up. Like an alarm clock or the deafening scream from your parents. Most effective of all is a very important appointment that you have to attend to that can make or break you. Well, not hoping of course that it will not make you awake the whole night worrying or getting too excited! Let’s talk about what it takes to sleep better and wake up at your best in the morning!

It is always good to have a very nice mattress to sleep on. One that’s comfortable enough for your back to get a good rest. If you get a bad back, you can always make that trip to the Chiropractors. But in the meantime, make sure you have the best bed to sleep on. Of course, you have to throw in some pillows and a good blanket you can cuddle in case it gets pretty cold during the night.

As much as these things are really important, you also have to consider your environment. Ambience is as important as having a pillow for your head. The temperature has to be what your body is used to when going to sleep. Like making it pretty cold when you are used to covering yourself with a blanket or dead set on room temperature if you’re used to sleeping with just the natural wind around your room. Important thing is, you are comfortable enough to get in the mood of sleeping.

Hopefully, this will put you in sleeping mood.

There are times that I’ve been wondering whether I should re-design this site? This is a personal site but as a professional, you have to look good in order to be noticed by your clients. Since your website is what symbolizes your presence in the Internet, you also have to take care to make it look good. Formality doesn’t require fashionability in an extensive manner, so making your website flowery and loud is certainly not ideal for your website design. Professional website designers are trained exactly for that kind of output so they’re the ideal ones to handle your website design needs.

Expedited Design Time

When using a website to market your business, you have to put it up as quickly as you can so you can begin managing your business. This is not possible if you’re handling your own website design because your attention will be split or divided between managing the business and working on the web pages. With the help of a professional web designer, however, you can be free of that concern and you can concentrate on simply managing the business and finding ways that your venture can gain some income and profits.

Website Design to Match Your Needs

It is a no-no for your website design to be imitative of other website’s designs. If you do your web design, you might think about getting pre-made templates for your website in order to save time and effort. That’s not ideal, however. You must be original, but if your knowledge of website design is limited or if you don’t have enough time (typical of an entrepreneur), the templates are the way to go. Avoid that by hiring a professional website designer for your web design needs.

Remember, it’s a good investment to put money into hiring a professional web designer. If you need one, check Subtle Network Design & Marketing. The services offered by this Clearwater, FL-based firm might be exactly what you need for your e-commerce website.

May be this is just an effect of my effort to divert my attention during, you know, hot flashes times. I’ll keep it the way it is.

Women suffer from this condition as well. In order to help, I noted here some drugs and possible solution like hair transplants that could help dealing with hair fall issues. These drugs should not be self-administered, rather, consult a physician first for a professional medical advice.

Dutasteride is a drug that was originally developed to treat prostate gland enlargement. It improves hair growth by the same mechanism as finasteride. Though trials have been conducted and its efficacy has been shown, the safety profile of this drug with regards to its use as an anti-hair loss drug has not been firmly established.

Ketoconazole is an antifungal drug that is used for the treatment of dandruff. Dandruff has been found to increase hair loss because of inflammation of the hair follicles. A fungus called Malassezia is naturally found on the skin. However, for some sensitive individuals, an immune reaction results when this microorganism is present in the sebum or oil secreted by the scalp. This inflammation causes dandruff and hair loss which both decrease with the application of ketoconazole. It is available as a shampoo and is used only twice a week.

Minoxidil remains as the main drug for treating baldness. Today, it is often combined with the other drugs to create a synergistic effect. This simply means that minoxidil works better with the other drugs, while the other drugs also seem to be more effective in solving the problem of hair loss. If the problem is still not solved, then that is the only time that more radical treatments such as hair transplants, which are surgical, can be done.

Once again, these should be taken in conjunction with your physician’s advice.

Marola has been client for over 2 years. I asked her the other day what was the most important reason that she continues to purchase Vicki’s Flash Pops. Without hesitating Carola said that she can tell a “big” difference from when she was not was taking Vicki’s Flash Pops consistently and when she wasn’t. When she traveled she did not take them with her and her Hot Flashes were more severe. When she took them daily there was a remarkable difference in her Hot Flashes. Ladies, I can’t stress that taking them consistently will be the key to ending your battle with menopause symptoms. Remember you only need 2 ounces each day, take them whether you have a hot flash or not. They don’t taste like medicine, but they are effective as medicine! Yes, there is a menopause formula, but they are sweetened with Stevia!

Hi everyone,
I want to share a few more words on how Vicki’s Flash Pops can help with those troubled days of PMS. Why, because the menopause formula in this delicious beverage has Vitex, or chasteberry, that helps to stabilize hormones. This herb has been used in Europe for over 2500 years, and it is the most popular herb to help with PMS.
What foods will help during PMS?

Eat small amounts of dark chocolate rather than candy bars or milk chocolate which are fattening
Reduce the number of candy bars during PMS (gradually)
When craving sweets- wait 15-20 minutes to see if it passes. If it doesn’t pass see how long you can wait it out. If you really can’t wait have a small piece of dark chocolate

Remember that diet and exercise are important components in controlling the severity of PMS symptoms. It is best to eat a diet rich in complex carbohydrates (whole grains, vegetables, fruit) and to avoid sugar, salt, alcohol and caffeine before and during your period.
A regular exercise routine may help ease symptoms too
Keep in mind what Deborah Smith said after only 2 weeks of Vicki’s Flash pops:
“ My period snuck up on me” She was expecting for her symptoms to continue for at least 2 months.
She coulds always tell it was approaching because of cramping, headaches, etc.

The following information has been gathered from various Internet sites and publications. I have detailed Hot flash Triggers and how to avoid them. I personally tested & tried each suggestion to see how I was affected. Each time I experienced Hot flashes that were horrible! In some instances I may have been due for a “hot flash” however, by the food I ate and drank the “Hot Flash” was more intense and longer.

As you read and then implement these ideas and recommendations into your lifestyle many of you will eliminate hot flashes, others will experience hot flashes to a lesser degree and some of you may experience immediate relief, however what is important to remember is to improve your lifestyle choices concerning your health.

I assure you that no matter what category you find yourself in your hot flashes will not be a life long trial. Most women experience them for 3-4 years. (It just seems like 20 years)

Lifestyle alterations may include:

Exercise regularly:

Walking, running, weight lifting for 20 minutes 3 times a week is all you need.

If you have bone density issues (ostiopenia or osteoporosis), add weight training to your exercise routine. Weights will also help strengthen. Calcium/magnesium may also help.

Exercise will lower your negative cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.

Nutrition:

What you eat and drink affects the length and number of hot flash occurrences:
Sugar and alcohol are the 2 top triggers of hot flashes

Do’s
Exercise Regularly
Eliminate Alcohol
Stevia – not Sugar
Eat Fruits and Vegetables
Drink lots of water
Menopause Aids
Vicki’s Flash Pops

Don’ts
Eat Junk Food:
Greasy, Fried and Spicy Foods
No Artificial Sweeteners: Especially those with Aspartame
No Carbonated Drinks
No Caffeine
No Nicotine: Stop Smoking

Other Tips
Drink a Glass of Cold Water at the Onset of a Flash
At Night, Keep Ice Water by your Bed
Use Cotton Sheets and sleepwear: Let your Skin breathe
When Traveling Have a Mini-Portable Hand Fan
Other Change Of Life Symptoms:

Hot flashes are not the only symptoms of “change of life”; they are just the most talked about. The most common symptoms of Peri menopause/Menopause are:

Dry skin and other skin changes
Insomnia and other sleep disturbances
Mood swings
Depression
Panic Attacks
Hair thinning
Urinary incontinence
Decreased or non-existent libido
Increase in body fat
Forgetfulness

Get the Mind Set

The world today understands menopause. They used to laugh and smirk, however, today the big M.. Is talked about in all circles. It isn’t so funny when it is you experiencing the “Hot Flash”

You can’t avoid Menopause, so you may as well try to live a well-balanced lifestyle to avoid some distress! Menopause is a natural occurrence it is just different for every women.

My goal is to help women understand menopause by learning the facts about the physical changes we’re experiencing and to manage them through simple modifications in your lifestyle. These minor changes will effect your menopause experience.

Many of you have asked me “what is Perimenopause”. It is the time that we prefer not to pay attention to, however, it is the time leading up to menopause, when we don’t have our periods any longer. During this time you will probably have many warning signs and symptoms. That is why it is best to get prepared now for what is an absolutely natural function of our bodies.

Every woman goes through it in some form or another. They say our body starts making less of certain hormones (estrogen and progesterone) but be careful: you can still become pregnant during this time. Take PRECAUTIONS remember, it takes 12 months without interruption before we completely loose the ability to become pregnant. If you start your period, even alight bleeding, you need to start counting again. Personally, I probably had many symptoms, but my periods was always so irregular, that my grumpiness, irritability was usually put off by words such as “she’s probably on her period” or “she is just about ready to start her period.” Not until recently did I realize that I was in perimenopause and if I had taken the advise of what I know suggest I too would have slid through menopause “NO SWEAT” Well since I didn’t eat and exercise regularly, my hot flashes and other symptoms were probably worse than they should have been. However, do start now, get ready and when it is time, you won’t need to make any changes in your lifestyle.
